Getting started

Yes. Arte is designed for both aspiring and experienced home baristas. The intuitive control panel, built-in presets, and safety safeguards make it easy to get started.

  • IMPORTANT TIP for aspiring baristas: Do enroll yourself in a barista course. Arte is a great machine but does not replace the skills needed to make a great cup of joe!

Absolutely. Arte’s grinder handles a wide range of roast levels and bean types. You can also adjust the grind size and dose to suit your preference.

  • TIP: Always use freshly roasted beans to get the rich crema you are looking for in your extraction.

Performance and compatibility

Yes. Arte’s sleek and compact design makes it a perfect fit for smaller kitchens or cozy corners, without sacrificing performance.

Yes, when using Normal Mode. Simultaneous brewing and steaming is supported via the dual thermo-block system. Super Steam Mode disables brewing during steaming for safety reasons.

A whopping 2.8 litres! This is large enough for multiple extractions and steaming sessions before refilling.

  • TIP: Always use properly filtered water for the best taste and to reduce build-up of scale inside the machine. Try not to use water directly from the tap, even if this is Singapore!

Arte has been tested through over 20,000 brews to ensure consistent performance. It’s designed to deliver café-quality coffee from your very first use and keep going strong for years to come.

Brewing, steaming and cleaning

Quite a bit! Everything you need as an aspiring barista is designed into Arte. From micro adjustment of grind size, brewing temperature to frothing your milk. You can:

  • Control grind size (30 adjustment settings)
  • Extraction temperature (88–96°C).
  • Pre-set your shot volume (20–400ml),
  • Adjusting pre-infusion timing based on roast level.
  • Set the right steaming power for your level of expertise.

Every important of information you need to brew a great cup, is shown on the LED display!

We strongly recommend a quick clean after each use, and a deep clean every 30l of extraction or every 1–2 weeks, depending on usage. The machine will notify you when it's time for a deep clean and descale.

  • TIP 1: ALWAYS flush and clean the group head after every extraction. This ensures you are not getting grounds from a previous extraction.
  • TIP 2: ALWAYS, ALWAYS wipe and do a little purge of the steam wand after every milk frothing. You certainly don't want stale milk left inside the steam wand!

Not at all. Arte includes detachable parts, an auto-cleaning program, and a built-in reminder system. A cleaning brush is included to help you maintain the grinder.

  • TIP 1: Always have a cloth ready to clean up any coffee grounds, spills
  • TIP 2: Always have a separate cloth to wipe down your steam wand every time you finish frothing milk

Make sure the bean box is properly installed and the rear paddle is fully open. If it still doesn’t work, try restarting after a 6-minute rest. Check the manual for troubleshooting tips.

Shipping and returns

We currently ship within main island of Singapore, including Sentosa. We will be expanding soon!

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard Delivery typically takes 3–5 days within main island of Singapore and Sentosa.

Warranty and support

Yes. Arte comes with a 12-month limited warranty, effective from date of purchase, which covers manufacturing defects for domestic use only.

What does this warranty cover:

  • Parts replacement due to manufacturing defects are covered for full 12-month warranty period.
  • Free on-site servicing and parts within first 6 months.
  • $75 per visit after the first 6-month period.
  • If there is a need for any payment required for servicing or parts replacement that is not covered by the warranty, you will pay up to a maximum of $150 which includes parts, transport and labour.
  • Within the first 3 months, at our discretion, we could offer a 1:1 exchange.

What the warranty DOES NOT cover:

  • Removable parts, accessories, and damage from misuse.
  • The product was not purchased from Kettle And Pods directly, or not from an authorized reseller in Singapore.
