Yes. ARTE comes with a 12-month limited warranty, effective from date of purchase, which covers manufacturing defects for domestic use only.

What does this warranty cover:

  • Parts replacement due to manufacturing defects are covered for full 12-month warranty period.
  • Free on-site servicing and parts within first 6 months.
  • $75 per visit after the first 6-month period.
  • If there is a need for any payment required for servicing or parts replacement that is not covered by the warranty, you will pay up to a maximum of $150 which includes parts, transport and labour.
  • Within the first 3 months, at our discretion, we could offer a 1:1 exchange.

What the warranty DOES NOT cover:

  • Removable parts, accessories, and damage from misuse.
  • The product was not purchased from Kettle And Pods directly, or not from an authorized reseller in Singapore.
